Dear Amazon!

I am very disappointed with the service that I received from Amazon. I was given the opportunity to choose deliverance on 26 May. It was very important to me to get this deliverance at that day and I was therefore willing to pay extra for this service.
I waited at home the whole day on the 26th of May. I waited in vain.
Then UPS tried on three succeeding days to deliver the parcel to me. But alas at times when I were not at home. Only after the third attempt did UPS offer me the opportunity to pick up the parcel myself.
The address I was then given unfortunately was wrong:
“Politikens Kiosk, Frue Kirkestræde, Odense C.”

As it happens the correct address is:
“Politikens Kiosk, Sankt Knuds Kirkestræde 15, Odense C.”

Those are two entirely different locations in Odense.

I must say that Amazon’s use of UPS isn’t up to the level of service I’m used to here in Odense from: PostNord and GLS.
